<h2><b>不要把「交朋友」想得太正式</b></h2>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">「我要主動去認識人。」</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br />
</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> 「我要交到朋友。」</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br />
</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> 「我要融入班級。」</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">但問題是，當你把「交朋友」想得太正式時，壓力就會變得很大。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">你會開始覺得：</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">自己一定要很會聊天</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">一定要很有趣</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">一定要馬上變熟</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">但其實真正的友情，很少是一開始就很熱烈的。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">很多時候，它只是從一些很小的事情開始。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">這些都算是建立關係。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">很多長久的朋友，其實一開始也只是「剛好常常坐附近的人」。</span></p>
<h4><b>人際關係其實是靠「重複相處」</b></h4>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">尤其在學校環境裡，很多友情都來自重複接觸。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">你每天看到同樣的人：</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">久了之後，自然就會開始熟悉。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">所以其實你不用太焦慮：</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">「為什麼我還沒有超級好的朋友？」</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">因為真正舒服的人際關係，本來就需要時間。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">很多低齡留學生最大的壓力，其實是太想快速融入。好像只要沒有立刻交到朋友，就代表自己不夠受歡迎。但其實，人和人之間的距離感，本來就是慢慢建立的。尤其剛到新環境時，大家其實也都還在互相觀察。真正適合你的朋友，不一定是第一天最熱情的人，而往往是那些後來相處起來讓你感到舒服和安心的人。</span></p>
<h2><b>英文不好，不代表你不能交朋友</b></h2>
<h4><b>很多人把英文當成「社交資格」</b></h4>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">很多低齡留學生心裡都會有一個想法：</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">「等我英文變好之後，我再開始交朋友。」</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">所以很多人會一直等。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">等到：</span></p>

<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">口音變好</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">文法更準</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">聽力更強</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">不會卡詞</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">但問題是，如果你一直不開口，英文反而更難進步。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">而且其實很多人根本不在意你的英文是不是完美。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">尤其在國際學校或海外校園裡，很多學生本來就來自不同國家。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">大家其實：</span></p>

<h4><b>真正重要的，其實是「願不願意互動」</b></h4>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">很多時候，別人真正記得的不是你的文法。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">而是：</span></p>

<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">你是不是友善</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">你有沒有回應</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">和你聊天會不會有壓力</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">你願不願意交流</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">語言只是工具，不是考試。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">很多低齡學生會因為太害怕講錯，而完全不敢說話。但其實，比起英文不好，大部分人更容易感受到的是「你是不是一直把自己關起來」。因為真正的人際互動，很多時候靠的不是完美的語言，而是情緒和態度。你願意笑、願意回應、願意參與，其實就已經是一種社交能力。</span></p>
<h2><b>不要一直等別人先主動</b></h2>
<h4><b>很多人其實也在害羞</b></h4>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">「如果有人主動來找我聊天就好了。」</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">但現實是，大部分人其實也在等別人先開口。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">尤其青春期時，很多人表面看起來很自然，但其實心裡也會擔心：</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">自己會不會被討厭</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">自己會不會被拒絕</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">自己是不是太主動</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">所以如果每個人都在等別人，那很多關係根本不會開始。</span></p>
<h4><b>主動其實不用很誇張</b></h4>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">很多人會把「主動」想得很可怕。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">但其實你不用突然變得超級外向。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">很多時候：</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">一句 hi</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">一個微笑</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">問一句今天有沒有 homework</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">坐到別人旁邊</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">這些都已經算是主動了。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">而且很多時候，真正讓人有好感的，不是你多會聊天，而是你讓人感覺「你願意靠近」。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">很多低齡留學生會覺得，主動就代表一定要變成很會帶氣氛的人。但其實真正自然的社交，很多時候都很簡單。人和人之間的距離感，本來就是靠很多小互動慢慢縮短的。你不需要一下子變成班上的中心人物，也不需要強迫自己變得很外向。因為真正舒服的人際關係，往往都不是靠表演建立起來的。</span></p>
<h2><b>不要因為孤單，就一直把自己關起來</b></h2>
<h4><b>越逃避社交，越容易更孤單</b></h4>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">很多低齡留學生在剛開始不適應時，會慢慢進入一種封閉狀態。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">例如：</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">下課直接回房間</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">戴耳機避免聊天</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">不參加活動</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">一直滑手機</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">每天只和國內朋友聊天</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">因為熟悉的東西會讓人有安全感。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">尤其人在不安時，會本能地想回到最舒服的狀態。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">但問題是，如果你一直把自己封閉起來，那種孤單感其實會越來越強。</span></p>
<h4><b>適應環境，本來就會不舒服</b></h4>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">很多人會覺得：</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">「如果社交讓我不舒服，那我是不是不適合這裡？」</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">但其實不是。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">因為適應新環境，本來就一定會有不舒服的過程。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">尤其青春期時，人本來就很需要陪伴感和歸屬感。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">因為很多時候，你真正需要的不是立刻交到最好的朋友，而是不要讓自己完全和環境斷開連結。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">很多人孤單的時候，會開始懷疑是不是自己有問題。但其實，剛到陌生國家時感到孤單，本來就是很正常的事情。真正危險的不是孤單本身，而是你開始因為害怕不舒服，而完全逃離社交。因為人一旦長時間把自己關起來，就會越來越害怕重新接觸外面的世界。所以即使只是很小的互動，其實都比完全封閉自己好。</span></p>
