<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">很多留學生第一次在國外生病時，會突然感受到很強烈的無助感。因為以前在家裡時，生病可能有人照顧、有人幫忙買藥，但現在所有事情都需要自己處理。而且很多國家的醫療系統和亞洲差異很大，可能需要預約、流程複雜、費用也不便宜，所以如果完全不了解，真的會很慌。提前知道醫療中心在哪、保險怎麼使用、緊急情況該聯絡誰，其實是一種很重要的安全準備。真正成熟的獨立，並不是什麼都不怕，而是即使真的遇到問題，也知道自己該怎麼處理。</span></p>
